Drummer works inside the tools your teams already use

33 integrations. Conversations come in from your calendars, meeting tools and phones; scores go out to your CRM and helpdesk, recordings to your ATS. Nobody switches tools.

Every integration, by what it does

Questions about integrations

Do we have to switch tools?

No. Drummer sits next to the CRM, ATS and helpdesk you already run. It reads what it needs to match a conversation to the right deal, interview or ticket, writes the summary back to the deal or ticket, and links the recording to the interview. Your pipelines, reports and workflows stay where they are, and nothing is migrated.

Who sets up the integrations?

An admin connects the company-wide tools once: the CRM, the ATS, the helpdesk, the dialer, Slack and the AI assistants. Each person connects their own calendar in two clicks, so the notetaker joins their meetings. Most teams are live within a day.

Is our data stored outside the EU?

No. Recordings, transcripts and scorecards are processed and stored in the EU, with EU transcription and EU-hosted models. Integrations only move data between your own tools and Drummer. We never train models on your data, and every write to another tool is logged.
